Shane Schober started welding straight out of high school and hasn't looked back. Nearly three decades later, he's built a career rooted in the food, dairy, and cheese plant environments of Wisconsin's processing industry.
Over the years, Shane expanded his expertise well beyond the torch — gaining deep knowledge in instrumentation, controls, and automation systems. Today, Northern Process Solutions brings that full breadth of capability under one roof: stainless welding, controls integration, and steam systems, all delivered by a team that knows exactly what food plant operators need.
